It is not too late to achieve your New Year's resolutions. My office has been busy with people starting the New Year off right by stopping smoking and stopping drinking. Others Austin hypnosis clients have come in for weight loss and exercise motivation. Some people even come in so that they can drink more water.

Hypnosis works by reprogramming the subconscious mind. Usually this part of mind runs on autopilot. Raising awareness of mindless habits is always the first step. After heightened awareness of bad habits is achieved, the hypnotherapy helps shift and change choices, beliefs and behaviors surrounding those habits. It is easy to do and it is non-invasive. Hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, weight loss, and stress management is especially effective and successful.

You might be surprised to learn that hypnotherapy is approved by the American Medical Association. It is not an "alternative" therapy, it is a complementary therapy under the auspices of Western medicine.
